We're sorry, but unsealed or opened Makeup and Makeup Brushes may NOT BE returned, for sanitary reasons.

Items may be returned if unused and unopened within 30 days from delivery date for a refund on the merchandise. During the year end holidays, items shipped between November 1 and December 31 may be returned until January 31. All returned merchandise must be in new condition and all original packaging must be intact. When returning an item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless due to our error. Shipping, handling and all other non-merchandise fees are not refundable.

Returns must be received within 15 days after a return authorization has been issued. Unauthorized, late or opened returns will be refused.

If DragQueenMakeup.com makes a mistake in your order, we will correct it at our expense - just let us know right away! If the mistake is the shipper's, manufacturer's or yours, we will assist you in resolving the situation.

Should your package be damaged in transit, please contact us right away so that we can file a claim with the shipper and arrange for replacement shipping. Please allow up to ten days for the claim to be processed and replacements to be shipped. Note that all claims for errors or damages must be placed with us within three days of the delivery date of the package.

Drop ship products (including ,but not limited to corsets by Orchard Corset, Astrobooty hip pads, and breast plates by Elea's Closet) are not eligible for return. See specific instructions for avoiding ordering errors on each product's page.

Please read through our return policy above to make sure your item is eligible for a refund. Then, contact us for a Return Authorization. 

Please note that unauthorized returns may be refused. If a returned item is not in new condition, in the original packaging, including all original parts, the return will not be refunded. You will be given the choice of having the item returned to you at your cost, or having us dispose of the item. 

Shipping, handling and all other non-merchandise fees are not refundable.

We gladly offer exchanges at no additional cost of equal or lesser value. However you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges. Please contact our customer service department for our help in completing an exchange.

We process refunds promptly after items are processed at our warehouse, generally within a week of receiving the authorized return.
